Return Policy
All return Gifts must be in its original packaging with all items included, and must be in unused condition with receipts all returns will be inspected upon returned. Items must be returned within 15 days from the recipient.  

Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value. We will notify you as soon as possible if we are out of specific item, so that you may choose to change or substitute an item. Please be assured that our purpose is to surpass your expectations to form a long term connection with you. 

Return Policy For Damaged Items
At Gift Boxes, we take great pride in selecting only the finest and freshest quality products available. If for some reason your gift arrive damaged, or with missing items, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt and we will be more than happy to send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

Return Policy For Perishable items
Following health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept or exchange returns on perishable items. Non perishable items may be returned and you will receive a credit on a case by case basic.  

Shipping / Delivery Policy
We ship standard ground to standard overnight delivery, all products are shipped via FEDEX and UPS, we have same day shipping Mon-Fri up to 2 p.m. CST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped out next business day. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out. The actual street address of the recipient's home or work place is necessary, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  For holidays,please order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday date.  Please check all addresses carefully, incorrect information may delay shipment.  For hospital deliveries please includes patient's full name, room number, and whether the recipient is a patient, guest, or employees.  Please check your recipient discharge date before placing your order.
